How to Find Us
On arrival at Heathrow Airport (click here for further information on getting to the airport), our office is most easily located by following signs to “Terminal 3 Arrivals”.
Once in the Arrivals area (ground floor level), there are stairs and lifts up to the balcony level (located between the Arrivals Information desk and the route to Departures / Toilets)
Once on the balcony level of Arrivals, walk along the balcony to towards the Eurest Staff Restaurant.
Heathrow Travel-Care is diagonally opposite the ‘Eurest’ Staff Restaurant. There is a yellow airport sign pointing to our office and a notice board beside our door describing our service. There is a small doorbell to the right of the door.
